While Zacks rates this a 3(hold) in its EPS momentum based system, they indicate a weekly increase in the strong buys by analysts to 3 from 2 the week before. There are also 2 moderate buys, but no holds and no sells. Mutual funds seem to be selling their losers this year like never before. Perhaps on Nov. 1 some buying will begin here again, or at least the selling will abate.
