possible but i don't think too probable. BLLS has been dropping to a level and sitting before dropping again since the teens. there has never been even a rumor of a buy out happening. management has said they are not interested in a buy out until farther down the line.

remember the whole company, from ceo to programmers, work for shares at this point. at this point the shares are restricted but out of the same pool you and i buy on the open market. that gives me confidence they will make decisions that are for the best of my shares. i worry about companies that have a separate prefered shares pool for the insiders and/or management.

i do agree with you that the rights plan will effect the share price to a degree. i just don't think it is changing that price now.
