ted, OT Why is believing in souls irrational but not believing in them is not? Neither premise can be proved. That's a ridiculous argument. Why not believe the moon is made of magical swiss cheese that registers as 'rock' on all our instruments, with no possible experiment that would reveal its actual cheeseness? Doug p.s. If you're not happy with this type of counter-argument, I can give you a direct one, but it's long-winded.
