I run Excel along with MS and it seems to me the communication is pretty limited. It might be better to think in terms of setting up the formula in Excel with input from MS. It might help others to answer if you gave us a little more information about what you are trying to accomplish. There is supposed to be some kind of ability to link information to Excell that feeds back to MS, but I have never been able to get it to work properly. mo
