I was glad to see they want to share interest in Palo Alto Research Center and not sell it completely as many have talked about.
Good to let go of interests in companies ContentGuard and Inxight as they raise cash and do not effect the company with their departure.
Job cuts, reduced debt ( mainly though sell of Fin. arm of company ) selling minor assets, joint ventures to raise cash while keeping foothold in each, cost reductions, and the STRONG Inkjet/Color Sales, sound like an aggresive plan to restructure as many have said is needed.

Bright spot:
"color revenue advancing 74 percent"
"Color revenues represented 16 percent of the third quarter revenue, up from 9 percent in the third quarter last year."
biz.yahoo.com
This is where aggresive growth and earnings will come from boost the company.

XRX appears to be UP in pre-market trading. Should be a very interesting day,,Month,,,,Year....
And a profitable one, IMO
