Kash, OT Well most people that are incarcerated are due to drug related offences. I wish we would call off this silly "war on drugs", but I don't think it is going to happen. As to the how many people are in jail because of non-violent drug related offenses, I don't know the percentage, but my guess is that it is not "most" - meaning more than half. Joe
