There's some usual Wall Street quid pro quo occurring here. Winnick probably owes something to someone, or will. This is a favor for whatever reason, imho. In any event, I may have to sell. I hate the NYSE. It did do well for Qwest in terms of lowering volatility. I sold Qwest as well. I wonder if Jim Crowe will try to move LVLT? <G> Probably not. He doesn't owe any favors... LoF
