To claim now that he started Lexar not knowing
this fact is just a bit far-fetched."

Maybe Reimer, accusing SNDK of anticompetitive behavior, wants to create another Micrsoft type antitrust action. Remember that, even though the parties pay the legal bills, the U.S. taxpayers pay for the operation of the courts and the salaries of all the judges and employees wasting time on this barritry.
