It's fairly obvious that COTG specializes in bring companies public, private placements, secondary stock offerings... or whatever else can be done to generate investment banking fees.
Just a guess but there must be certain individuals in the company who benefit from all of the I/B that occurs on a regular basis.
Why else would they continue to procure or start very small businesses that lose money?
