At least I am not alone in my concern. Consider the following: Beginning of April, FORE warns of lower earnings, multiple analyst downgrades (for once they may have been right). Stock jumps 18% on CS takeover rumors. End of April, Earnings announced. Missed $0.11 estimate by 2 cents, but price does NOT get clobbered like others in reaction. Stock jumps 23% on TLAB takeover rumors. The stock has yet to account for the pathetic earnings now a month old, the rumors have subsided, and no imformation on how FORE will get back on the growth path in the future. This dead cat could die 8 more times. I think it could go to 12 3/4 (low 2 years ago) or even to 10 (where it would be without the old takeover rumors). Fasten your seatbelts, bumpy ride ahead!
