With the new SEC regulations in effect the webcast of presentations made at investor/analyst conferences may provide a partial solution to the problem of selective disclosure. Chek out an example of this with the XOMA webcast of its' presention at the CIBC healthcare confrence oon Oct. 23. xoma.com About 180 companies are presenting and I am not sure if all of the presentations are webcast.
