Where does P4 scale on .13u? Can the P4 scale enough to overcome it's lack of IPC. Will redesigns improve P4s IPC relative to Mustang? As far as IPC vs Mhz. It would be nice for AMD to continue with both leads, but it looks like they will lose half and it might be the more important half...if the law holds true.
