Evan, I agree with your Golden Rule, my issue is that I have no money to buy on the drops. I'm in at $1.03 so I have a bit to wait yet. Maybe with a bit of good fortune, a recurrence of last years price increase will happen over the next month or so. To do this we need lot's of positive news from the company...which to date has been severely lacking.
