Well Jan,

Thanks for the UMC update. Our "holding" company, S3, can use some good news.

Since my tirade on September 19th and since Sept. 7, S3 has decreased in value 58% (from 12 to 7) and since June has decreased 242% (17 to 7) . With the specter of earnings and another CC from POTS on the horizon it doesn't look good. The question is “where is the bottom?” and does anyone care anymore?

Lets see, we have the introduction of the “MAKO” along with the Nike psa play 120 as well as the “huge” introduction of FRONTPATH and the strategic partnership with cyberPIXIE….who????? Then there is the UMC IPO at $13.5 (trading today at ~$12.75 but has been as low as $10.5).

Well the investment community really has shown their support for all of these initiatives haven’t they?

I guess my suggestion of breaking up the company and selling it off would probably have been a good idea. Still is in my estimation. This company is worth more in pieces than it is as a whole.
