Art - What in fact did this judge actually say or do or opine on? Can we see that any where? There is a post from Sandis 500 over on yahoo thay says that the hearing on Nov 6 is to determine damages to be paid be LEXR to SNDK. Implies that the Judge DID NOT rule that SNDK is to be tried for all those matters invluding fraud. What is going on here? Best regards, L
