Reading between the lines, I think that there was a subtle message in the latest News Release on the JV. Did you notice the increase in the loan amount to $3 million with repayment of the first installment only due sometime next year? My guess is that Tusk will use whatever cash available to get the properties producing as much revenue as possible, and will obviously show this in next years quarterlies. After all, someone was certainly buying last month.
