I will be happy once Eli speaks and clears the air. So where is the rebuttal? I've been waiting since yesterday...Certainly SNDK execs and counsel did not go to bed last night without knowing about LEXR's release. I would've expected people working on it into the wee hours to give an early morning response. But instead I have to endure more than half a trading day, without a peep from the company, and watch my paper losses mount as the cloud over my favorite stock gets darker. What happened to protecting shareholder value?
