Neo: I don't buy that argument. The economic boom happened under Clinton's watch. Repubs had years and years of opportunity to accomplish same but never did. The size of the Reagan-Bush deficits was staggering. Then Clinton comes in, balances the books, and the Repubs want to take credit for it. What a bunch of nonsense. Face it: Clinton was the "fiscal conservative" that Reagan and George Sr. tried to be.
