They probably do to some degree and it would be good to see WAVC apply for patents. It was interesting to see the price drop from the NCL1135 which was about US$2500. Either they can build these things cheaper now or they feel they have to be more aggressive on pricing. I also have some concern about demand for 2.4Ghz wireless in general. Proxim, Adaptive BB and most others have or are looking into the 5.8Ghz band for fixed wireless. Time will tell if Waverider has made the right choices. Alex
