COMPANY HAS LICENSED THEIR SOFTWARE TO CBSL: LICENSING FEE + royalty per LOC. Also has a DEC/VAX conversion product in beta test. The DEC conversion market currently is being served ONLY by ACLY. No other competitors. 5M shares issued 2M in foat. Earnings scheduled for June 4.
