Gayle- As short as I can say it-- The deal is taking Arris Interactive public by folding it into Antec(although they say it the other way around), and having NT become a very large shareholder of the new company. As to value-- No one knows yet because no one knows the financial picture of Arris Interactive(only guesses can be made). So there is no way to value the deal to Antec shareholders. When the Arris, Inc. CC(in 1-1/2 weeks) is over and the SEC filing is done, we'll all know at the same time(in theory) how to value the deal. HTH. -MikeM(From Florida)
