Hi Craig - thx for the clarification. Not sure why Mr Seymour would use WBVN contra HLTH. I would not touch WBVN even at this level [I didn't realize it is down to one buck!] Roll out is expensive and overhead is unavoidable. It has some debt and lord forbids it commit corporate suicide in the next cash crunch by selling toxic debt. This is quite a opposite to HLTH, who costly expansion is largely behind her. She is cutting cost. With good revenue stream, she may be able to stabilize her financial structure. And there is still void to be filled in the eHealth sector, granted that it is too new and may evolve as the eBiz evolves. Mgt wise, Mr Wygod is a seasoned healthcare notable. best, Bosco
