Murali: Gore is picking up momentum again. This reminds me of a horse race where a head bob at the wire will determine the winner. Bush may have peaked too soon in the polls. Still two weeks to go. Given Bush's big advantage in the popular count in Western and Southern states, all Gore has to do is be even with Bush on Nov. 7 and he likely wins the election. Also, the Democrats have three major things going for them: 1. There have been strong, grass-roots efforts to get out the union vote, Hispanic vote and black vote. 2. The Clinton charm factor. 3. The fact that most remaining undecideds are women, and they will tend to support Gore more than Bush.
