Babb, you are generally correct regarding the share dillution and the shorting relative to the such agreements (I'll read the full agreement this weekend). (Although, I hope for all the remaining longs on this thread that you are wrong.) But, you must remember that Zitel still has a portion of MD and MD still has one of the most brilliant programmers in the world working for it. I sold my long Zitel shares at $25 3/4 yesterday, although I'm looking for a buy back on any non-sustained weakness in price - and I'm well aware of the risk in doing so.

MD could announce significant contracts/revenues and this would blow your arguement all to shreads. The increased buying/covering of the shares on this announcement would more than cover any further dillution.
