JF - I think you have got a very very good point. But surely SNDK lawyers would have taken this into account and don't forget there will be discovery in court and people will be deposed ala MSFT. If anyone has been putting people up to things they shouldn't have been then its goig to come out. Also we have an ex-employee here. Ex-employees can cause huge problems. They have an edge where their previous company doesn't know about there business what they know about his. Difficult. Best regards, L
