It has also named Raging Bull and its parent companies AltaVista and CMGI in the suit. VirtualSellers, which provides enterprise application development solutions, alleges the posters made "malicious and untrue postings" on the bulletin board. It said that it took action because the BB operator "consistently and persistently" allowed posters to violate the terms of service agreement. A company spokesman told The Register: "We are going to have to go after Raging Bull to subpoena their records to get the registration details of the individuals concerned. Also because these posting were a clear violation of the terms of service and Raging Bull allowed them to continue, despite repeated requests to the contrary." The company claims that violations of the "terms of service" agreement were allowed to continue and included egregious personal attacks at VirtualSellers.com's CEO and other employees. Two posters were named in particular: "Scott L" and "VDOT 2 a Dime".
