Aus - I come back to the same question I raised a few posts ago... What Judge did what yesterday.? Is it the same Judge as has already opined on the Patent suit? If not what Judge is it? What did the Judge concerned say or do that gave rise to the LEXR press release? How many trials are there to be if teh LEXR press release is what it portends to be? Best regards, L
