There are shelters to accommodate most, as well as rent subsidies. Most of the homeless want to be on the street. I think we should bite the bullet, and declare most of them incompetent, and take them in. The others should be forced off the street as vagrants, and given the option of workhouses if they will not or cannot fend for themselves......
