If winner is a no show, the entrant whose price was closest to the actual close, who is in attendance at the lunch, will win. THERE IS (WILL BE?) A FREE LUNCH!!! (note change)

Duplicate entries (exact ties) are both eligible to win if closest to actual close.
Ties caused by 1 entrant over and 1 under (e.g., John picks 34, Charlie picks 34 1/2, LMNE closes at exactly 34 1/4, will be broken by awarding the lunch to the LOWER ENTRY, the one that did NOT GO OVER the actual closing price.
