NT NOT seeing any decline in carrier spending. Enterprise problems (revenue 'shortfall' huha) should not effect JDSU/SDLI at all...as they don't supply to this space. In addition, biggest problem I'm hearing is in installation. Also should not effect component suppliers. Optical looks strong according to NT. fwiw All this is in my opinion...based on hearing of call. I could be wrong...so obviously do your own dd.
