CLEC's ability to provide DSL and make money at the current rate levels. I am really interested in knowing what impact CMTN has with oversea opportunities. Anyone? I think the win in the intrim might be there. If DSL does explode (and it is) and if the provider is buying from CMTN then their position strenghtens. SBC announced today that they are inline to install about 2k a day (big numbers). However I dont think they buy from CMTN.
