BIFS TO PARTNER WITH WEBNODE.COM IN NATIONAL ROLLOUT

Sarasota, Florida. October 25, 2000.

In a stunning announcement likely to revolutionize the wireless internet world, Alpha "Big Al" Keyser,
President, CEO, and HMFIC of Bifs Technologies announced that BT will partner with Webnode.com for
a national roll-out of its secret but very cool wireless technology, SWOMI tm..

"We have searched high and low for a partner like this", said Keyser. "Finally we located a company
with the same depth of assets and management skills as those held by BIFS. The combination of the
Webnode.com business model of distributed, individual ownership of fiber-optic internet nodes, and the
secret but very cool mobile internet access offered by SWOMI puts us in a position to dominate world
communications. That's right, baby, dominate, control, and humiliate!!!"

Webnode.com, launched April 1, 1999, pioneered the concept of individual ownership of the new,
fiber-optic internet back-bone. Despite the enormous tasks of implementing such a model, the company
has never posted a loss, unlike many .com start-ups.

Janice Shell, MFA, CEO, President and Mamaissimo of Webnode.com stated: "We never expected that
a company of any stature, or indeed with management with half a brain, would buy into the concept of
using Webnode.com as their national roll-out vehicle. We are delighted to have this opportunity to
demonstrate that SWOMI is every bit as viable a product as the Webnode.com service."

Pending final agreements, the SWOMI roll-out will begin sometime in 2010, initially targeting such high
profile markets as Opa Locka, Florida, Nowhere, South Dakota, and Hen Spit, Montana. "After that"
said Shell "the sky's the limit."
