The "diff" is not about getting 2.7 or 2.8 million north american subscribers vs. the long predicted 3.0 million. Whats a mere 10% shortfall after all? The problem is that the market has a funny way of insisting that people say what they are going to do and do what they said they would. When the CEO of a company can go on CNBC and tell outright lies about what they will accomplish what do you conclude? a) That the CEO is a fool b) That the company has no understanding of their own market c) That the odds of a profit warning have just gone up dramatically d) That many will worry there might be a flaw in the underlying business model -or- e) All of the above Answer: e) Eric
