You beat me to the punch. This bambs character clearly has no concept of a balance sheet or the inner workings of the tax codes. Both Canada and the US allow companies to so call right off in-process R&D when acquiring new companies. If you would of been paying attention, NT has been on quite a buying spree lately, therefore don't expect to see a profit per US GAAP rules for at least the next 2-3 years minimum. Lastly, you also erred when you said that NT was losing money for its shareholders and you were wondering when it would start making a profit, actually, by utilizing the methods it does, it clearly saves on taxes payable, which clearly benefits the shareholders.

Before you spam, you should get your facts right.
