Only problem with "upgrades" is that it usually means it time to sell NOT buy. Always do the opposite of these big houses. By the time they issues "upgrades, buys, etc." they've already gotten their clients in. It may run a bit, but the runup is their chance to cash out. The best time to buy is when they issue SELL ratings, providing the company is fundamentaly stable and still growing. Play the game against them, is what I say. It works too. All IMO. I do like SSTI for a sure-fire 2-3 year killing. Patience always pays.
