Has to be a typo. ---------- Perhaps some are for export? "The company said its partnership with the Chinese firms also includes the joint development of mobile phones tailored to the Chinese communication environment." Perhaps the entire 15 mil are for export rather than China? The release is poorly written - from Korea Herald - language difficulties? Hard to tell what they're saying...
