TW,

re:"Kash, would you say that people who believe that there is no right to an abortion, or who go further and say there is a right to life for fetuses are by your definition automatically religious nuts?"

Actually where the line is drawn is when folks want to force their convictions on other people.

On the abortion debate, people feel very passionately on both sides. And it deals with an intensely personal issue.

In my book this is the last place where the state should be involved.

Most people i know, find abortion distastefull and a horrible act.

Most people also dont want back to the days of making it illegal and sending doctors to jail etc.

Some people believe that birth control should be banned as humans should not be getting in the way of creation.

This is OK by me as a belief, but i have a problem with it if it is legislated and other people are denied their rights.

I know that u are anti-abortion.

I am curious as to your opinion of the death penalty.

regards,

Kash
