Thanks for the link, Wil ATMI is purchasing of more AIXTRONs I was wondering if they are flexible enough to be used with some of the new materials as they may be shifting? Soi or SiGe or SiC or ?--I was thinking about broad -gap and not boo-roo. I hear that Dean Hamilton at ATMI got married! regards WL
