I put in a call to Stefan Bosscia, who the Webnode web site lists as CEO, and was told he was recuperating from quadruple bypass surgery, a liver transplant, a herniated disk, and a broken clavicle. Something about a life of Negronis and trying to negotiate his son's Razor Scooter. The priest who answered the phone said he didn't think Mr. Bosscia would be returning my call anytime soon and that he didn't want to name who the interim CEO was while Mr. Bosscia was conscious.

Anyway, I did finally get ahold of Ms. Shell's personal assistant, Eric, and was told that while it was true she was acting CEO, it was an imposter from Clute, TX who had negotiated the BIFS deal. I also understand the imposter has also been posting on the RB BIFS thread as a rabid but loopy long, but I'm not sure what alias she is using since there are so many people over there that fit that description.

I guess the moral of the story is don't believe everything you read (this post included), and, most of all, be wary of any stock when the rearranged letters spell FIBS. ;^)
