No way. If anything, they'd just do a reverse split, like a 1 for 3, but that of course doesn't change the true value of the company at all--just 1/3 as many shares out worth 3 times as much. And actually, there iss sometimes the case where the ADR is a ratio different than the usual 1 to 1. Clear as mud? :-)
