Thanks for the reply - I noted the purchase of the Textronix business for two reasons:

(1) Textronix is a Portland business (where I am); and

(2) I look forward to better competition for HP - I want more choices when I buy my next printer. (HP printers have been great - but more competition may help move things forward technically and lower prices).

I do not recall the relative sizes of the XRX & Textronix color businesses but even combined they were probably still much smaller than HP.
