Xavier77 posts on AOL. His inflammatory posts against BIFS were deleted by the AOL board monitor and then reproduced by permission on the CNBC BIFS board by someone named Jetranger. I've tried as best as possible to piece things together and put things in context.

Good luck to all today whatever ones agenda is.I just want to say that yesterday I chatted with a certain individual on this board who I didn't see eye to eye with but he/she opened my eyes to many things.I don't think we agreed on all issues because mine are personal in regards to Bifs.This person did open my eyes to how these penny stocks work and being that this individual seems to know his stuff,I did learn alot from he/she.Bifs and other stocks like this are just plain BS and IMO do move on hype,bashing,and stock manipulation by the MMs.I will tone my posts down after learning that it's just to complicated and I am much better off in Atlantic City playing black jack where I always win.Not much but I win.
I really feel bad for the people who don't know how this game works because you could lose big time or I guess win.It doesn't appear to me that these stocks move on the company itself but buy people and rumors and how one choses to make a living.The rumors about Bifs and RCN are not true,plus it's not RCN there are 2 companies.The rumors are with RCNC which is out of NJ and I called both companies and both companies said that they didn't even hear about Bifs at all.Not that this matters but what does matter is how these Rumors get started and by whom.I checked something out that I thought would be helpful to all the investors who don't know too much about pennystocks.God I couldn't beleive it,but thats the game I guess.On RB board there are certain people who bash Bifs like crazy real crazy,and some even on this board but not like RB board.They really bash big time,and then the same people are on the RCNC board on AOL and RB pumping BIFS? Wow what an eye opener that was.I guess what I am trying to say is for the investor who doesn't know the game,please don't listen to the bashing or the hyping.Get all the facts about Bifs or any company and weigh off what is possitive and negative and then make your decisions based on that because this is a dirty game.The penny stock arena is based on BS.You learn something everyday,and I just learned it yesterday.Bash Bifs on any Bif board and the same people are hyping it on the RCNC board wow.These are not your average investors IMO.I think that these are the ones with 50.000 shares and better.Just a thought on what I learned and want to thank that person for pointing this stuff to me.Thanks you know who you are.Xman

Hi Mr.Knabb,This is Jerry xman on the boards,You have recieved my letter and we also spoke more then several times regarding your statements to me in a conversation on 8/21/00,regarding you telling me that you were offerrd $1billion for Swomi and you turned it down because it was worth 10 times the amount.If you remember you also stated to me that the Mafia was after you for the Swomi and that you were in danger of your life an your children werebeing escorted to school by the police.Those were outragous lies and you told them to several people too.
Well I know those several people but must be honest with you,I don't care about them I care about me and my investment thats all period.What you do and Bifs does or Al keyser does I don't care but I am down $12,000 on my investment and want it back no questions asked.I have been in contact with your lawyer Mr.Paul Young who is a fine lawyer and a gentleman.I am not like the others you told because I HAVE IT ON TAPE 60 minutes ofthe conversation thats proof.I also was threatend with my life and have proof by 3 friends who were here at the time.

iF This matter does not get resolved by today I will be going to the SEC with the tape and documents and my witnesses tomorrow in Manhatten NY since I live in the City.Look Mr,Knabbs lets be honest here okay? What you told me you ment thats why I have it on tape.Your voice is there for 60 minutes of it and you were pissed when I told you that I taped you by accident,because the answering machine taped it and I had people in thehouse.You were furious about that I taped you.I am an honest man please don't let me hurt the stock by going to the Wall. St. Journal and to Mr,Byron at Bloomberg so then a real story can unfold. The RCN rumor began when a poster to this board visited Beachaccess offices and was introduced to someone there by JK, as his partner. That individual was wearing a black nylon jacket with an RCN logo on the back. End of story. This happened months ago. There are no facts, only rumors.
