It started with a pathetic basher called XMAN that claims to have a tape where JKnabb told him he could sell the company for more then a billion dollars. Xman claims again that he is going to the FBI and let them hear the tape. He told us on the AOL board 3 weeks ago that he was then meeting with the FBI. I am sure that if you were meeting with the FBI you would jump on the message boards first and make your announcement. XMAN is a well known basher that uses many names on the AOL board and has been thrown off an number of times. Sometimes when we caught him in blatent lies(like signing the wrong name to a post-he forgot who he was for a moment)he leaves voluntarily. He has proclaimed to be a NYPD cop and it was disclosed today that he was lying about that also. He got embarressed again and promised he was going to bring down BIFS and left the AOL board forever(he has said that on many occassions-hope it is true this time). He has also said on other boards he is a wall street trader, a pharmacologist(NEXL board), has a degree in physcology...you get the picture. Anyway you asked how it got started and that is pretty much the story. Best of luck IIIgordo

Your right about my spelling but hope you understand that at work we use voicedirect so after a while you do tend to misspell a word. John's, I was never good with my grammer. You are right about how many employees NEXL has I made a mistake to be exact they have 156 employees with the work force out of the country. Also I specialize in biotech stocks and I don't get paid by commision like brokers do. I get a salery, in fact if you need to know my firm has 2400 brokers and they cannot sell NEXL they don't even know about it yet until we feel that the price has stabled then we will tell them that is how it works. Another thing is that I came on this board to try to be helpfull and share my knowlage with you. I hate brokers period. Also my firm did'nt get into NEXL at 2 we started to get in at 10 some of you are the liers who got in at 2 -4- and lead people to believe that you havent taken proffits, give me a break. We hold 200.000 shares and that is not alot since there are 51 million that are tradable. We are not wholesalers like Herzog, Night, Meyerson that have tons and tons of shares and that is where the day traders go. I know this stock much to well from the VMRX days when they were shady that is why they had a big overhaul and changed to NEXL because nobody wanted to deal with them. If I was trying to hype NEXL I would be telling you about other stocks like ZITL at 2 now at 6, HEAL at 2 now at 7 NERX at 2 now at 36, TCLN at 1 now at 13. I am very honest and gave alot of tips to people on just one other board NBTY that have thanked me alot, and know my track record and it's good. Just to let you know I got thru to NEXL and earnings and confrence call will be on MARCH 30. You have no idea on how the market really works unless your there to see it on the screens. When I called and spoke to the CFO today he even admitted that I was right that they should have put out a press release when it was on Dateline and Discovery channel. I just want to say one or two more things. Right now you have to understand that this is a totally manipulated stock right now and there are three large firms that are holding this stock up at these levels and it is'nt easy. Once we get the day traders out of the way and some news comes out we will all be very happy. I am in this stock for myself I don't care about my firm. I am long on NEXL and it will see 20 - 30 by the end of the month, and I am very long also on ASTM, they are a great company also and believe it or not their technology is even more promising then NEXL. As a trader I can tell just by who is trading ASTM it is all the big firms like Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, First Boston, Morgan Stanley, Piper Jaffry these are the top guns and my firm which is just as powerfull and we and they are not in it for nothing. ASTM has better technology otherwise the firms I mentioned

It's a funny thing about lies. They're kind of like weeds in a garden. You tell one, then another, and another and, well, pretty soon your gardener will quit. You get confused and forget what you lied about the time two or three back. And to whom you told them. I will never have that problem, Anthony - Jerry - whatever it is today. Out of curiousity, how many cell phones do you usually go through in a day or a week? Seems there's a few more people that would like to talk to you about them as well.
No way out of this one, -x-man. You have no idea how many separate reports have been filed and logging in about you. Each one was just another piece of the puzzle. What I had may or may not have been the ones that are about to bring you down, but you left a pretty good crump trail. Especially the fine Men and Women in Blue who DO put their lives on the line each and every day and night to protect each and every one of us. Not when it is their blood flowing in the street, and that of their brothers and sisters in Blue. You have slapped each and every one of them in the face, then spat upon them. And that's nothing compared to what you have done here and elsewhere to innocent people trying to make a buck to better themselves and their families. Are you so proud of yourself now? Do you have any conscience? Any remorse or repentance? I didn't think so.
Do you think AOL will help hide you again? Do you think they, too, will spit in the face of a true man or woman of honor, when (if not already) presented with a court order for whatever information they don't already have, which isn't much.
You look a little nervous. Lump in the throat? What is it they say, "You're not really paranoid if they really are out to get you"? You're not paranoid, xman.
I've chosen now to unmask you only because I can't stand another day of your lies. The only "scam" here is you - and your gang. Yeah, they will go down too, even if you are a gang of one. The one innocent person in your ring of cohorts will be spared, because they know he was an innocent pawn of yours. Of that, I'm glad. Because, xman, that was the straw that broke this old Klingon's back. When you used MY NAME and MY WORD to hook this person in, YOU declared WAR. And you drew first blood. And after I'd tried to back you up, be there for you as a friend, and invited you to get some R & R out here with us. You are not, nor have you ever been, what you have claimed to be. You are just a simple CON MAN. Maybe you'll learn a new trade in your new "home." I hear car jacking is still big in some parts of the country. Nah, too much manual labor for you. And only one victim at a time.
One last time: Tell the Board who you really are, and what you really do. Feel lucky? That ran out a few days ago. Maybe you won't even be able to read this by the time it hits the Board.
And if it gets pulled down, someone else will put it back up. And so on, until your are put away for good. Then it will be AOL'S turn to pay the piper. Already got that base covered, too.
Got to admit, you were right. There was a scam, and someone is/has gone to prision. You are that scam, and the one to soon have a new mailing address.
I hope all investors, newbies, lurkers, hypers and bashers read this, and fully understand. Maybe he'll breathe fresh smog for another day or two, maybe not. But he placed the noose around his own neck, and drew it tight. And now it is time he came off his high-horse. CONTINUED

Please, everyone and anyone. Contact the NYPD-IAD (Internal Affairs Division), the SEC and FBI. File your own complaints, and follow through on them. One final, brave woman came forward to do just that, and it has made all the difference. In cases like this, it takes every piece of the puzzle to put the picture together. Another BRAVE AMERICAN MAN added more than he'll ever know, even if it was with some reluctance. This was not my doing alone. But as I gradually let some of you in on what was happening, more and more of you came forward.
Now is the time for healing. xman has been proven for what he is, and that is what he wanted us all to believe about BIFS (a scam), Al Keyser(lying bast***), and Jay Knabb(Stock Manipulator). But if either of them was in the "Russian Mafia", the taxpayers wouldn't have worry about supporting xman for the rest of his natural life. Good for a laugh, but wouldn't have been to the Russians.
But let us know go forth and heal the wounds xman and his cronies have inflicted upon all of us. He planned on being out "By the middle of next (this) week", but not the way it will go down, I'm sure. Join together, once again, in the free exchange of ideas and information sharing, without the evil stench that has filled this board for months. Battle lines were drawn, but for the wrong reasons, with the wrong information drilled into us day after day be the same people. Even I have had a short fuse. Currently, I've been up for 37 hours piecing this together today.
God Bless you all. Join me in a silent prayer for xman. They are coming for him, today, tomorrow or next week or month. He needs those prayers, not that he avoid the punishment he is about to receive, but to learn a great lesson for his next life, or afterlife. I pray he can find that peace.

But, I heard that Al Keyser has had death threats by disgruntled shareholders from my conversation with Mr.Knabb but, that was investigated by FBI already. This was back on Aug.28th [my conversation with Mr.Knabb] and, ironically the FBI was at BIFS as per the press release; investigating what? I don't want to know at this point. I was told that it was due to all the recent activity. If this poster has what the SEC/FBI need then trading will be halted and, we could see a long drawn out investigation and, co. collapse. Could it have been the plan all along? Create the hype - then the controversy - then produce the scam = take the shareholders money - then collapses BIFS due to improper name change filings, death threats, competitors took SWOMI and the like...

Perhaps if we can find out through mutual poster friends if these two are worth believing or not then we can put this X-Man rumor behind us.
Sorry to doubt but, I have never seen these two before let alone X-Man and, don't know who to believe. The story from X-Man has some things in it that are not unfamiliar to what Mr.Knabb told me... about death threats and, kids not being safe etc etc.
The way it reads from X-Man's post seems way out of line or, distorted but, the way Mr. Knabb explained it to me made lots of sense. The fact that the FBI was speaking to BIFS at the time;
re: death threats!
Perhaps X-Man went psycho and, heard it all wrong, who knows? I know what I heard and, death threats is something Knabb told me about too! This is way too coincidental!
