Prophet, I plan to request a summary of the court docket to date...

...some time after the November 6th arguments take place.
There is a transcript service I have used in the past to
obtain and review court proceedings in this case.

I think Lexar Media must have more than just "unenforceability"
as a defense against their patent infringement.

Also, I missed the introductory paragraphy from the court document posted on SanDisk's website which implies the scope of the last hearing was limited to the fraud charges as they relate to PCMCIA and CFA regulations...

"Now before the Court is SanDisk's motion to dismiss and for
summary judgment on Lexar's counterclaims relating to the Personal
Computer Memory Card International Association and Compact Flash
Association."


I requested and reviewed selective court transcripts about one year ago.

BTW, where is Mike Gottesman when we need him?
