In the 10/11 conference call in which Mr. Hindery said goodbye and Mr. Casey said hello and in surrounding commentary, it became abundantly clear in my opinion that Mr. Winnick is the CEO. That is why Mr. Hindery left, and I for one am very unhappy to see him go. I respect the fact that these financial guys can slice and dice cash flow etc. in ways far beyond the understanding of mere mortals that can substantially benefit shareholders. But where is the operating experience? Where is the check on Mr. Winnick's potential financial meglomania? I do not doubt for one second that Mr. Winnick has his eyes set on displacing Bill Gates as the richest human being on earth. Inasmuch as his interest is identical to ours, this is good. But I would feel a whole lot better if Mr. Hindery were around to stabilize things. It is not clear that Mr. Casey can accomplish this. Can Mr. Casey say no? I am not necessarily negative on Mr. Casey, but I feel strongly that Mr. Casey has to "show me".
