We all hope the NexGen purchase turns out to be a big winner for AMD...
it would be nice to see them offer some real competition in processors
for a change.

As I said before, though, I think that is just an extra and not something
I'm counting on. I just thought, and still think so, that AMD is a
cheap way to play the coming PCS boom...they make a lot of stuff for
the PCS phones and networks. Even if the profit margins are thin, they
make good products and can make up for it in the "trillions" of pennies
they'll make from the sales.

Tech stocks had a bad day again today, even the good ones, so I wouldn't
worry about the pullbacks right now...the techs will rise again, and when
they do, AMD will be right there with the best of them!
