Paul, those bad old PIIIs, which according to our AMD friends, are obsolete and "temperature challenged" seem to be OK with the biggest IA32 (or is it overall) server manufacturer in the world: 1 GHz introduced in five server types at once! I imagine Compaq put them through their rigorous temperature testing, being the strong R&D house that they are. compaq.com Tony
