Spinning NT's report as negative was a total set-up to shake the optical tree. NT's explanation about inventory quarter to quarter made sense as capacity and parts shortages had been a concern. I am not surprised the houses are now spinning things positively after the damage is done. JDSU should do well in its report and the houses are loading up optics on the cheap having bought them from the sheep.
