What happened, Neocon, is the Texas students performed well on state tests but this didn't appear on the national tests. In effect, the Texas students were prepped to take the state tests which explains the high test numbers Bush has been touting in his campaign. Sorta like Bush being prepped on the debates for his two-minute responses, ain't it? It's a serious problem, Neocon. Bush can't explain what he stands for, whether on education, social security, health care, the environment and more. Fact is, if Bush wins it will be his handlers who will be in charge of the presidency.
