Today Bank of America, cut MICRON and other chips - hence the SOX index is down 37 now! All these analysts play this game, so that they could buy all these companies on the cheap after the election is over in two weeks. Small guys get crushed in their greedy games - that's all! AMZN, MENT & AFCI are the only bright spots in my portfolio today! I am impressed that despite NORTEL's evil influence on the entire TELCO sector, AFCI is up $ 3 - that is impressive! ALSC's time will come - right now the chip sector is the whipping boy! For no solid reason though! Majority of the small guys like ALSC, SSTI, ESST have been reporting good earnings - only INTC, NORTEL, LUCENT etc. screwed up!
